My doctor suggested nasal irrigation for my sinus infection, and I remembered that you had given pretty detailed instructions. I thought about reading that post again, and then I decided I'd forego the rinse and just rely on the horsepill-sized antibiotics he gave me instead. That seems to be working out just fine. The only problem is, I don't have anything gross to report.
