We just had a military jet fly low overhead us. It's not a noise the Large S is used to and it set him to crying. Then it flew by again and he cried again.
The Big O: "The scariest thing just happened. It scared me so much."
Imagine if it had been dropping bombs.
we saw two as we drove through richmond/pinole about noon - any clue what was up with that?
ReplyDeleteI saw a couple of black T-38s (military fighter trainers) zipping around in low loose formation. I have no explaination. This isn't an area where the air force conducts low level formation training missions, afaik.

ReplyDeleteI didn't mind when we lived somewhere where it was expected (in the Antelope Valley, it was a rare day that we didn't see something --- and stealth fighters were pretty typical, which was cool), but here? It's never happened before even though Travis AFB is pretty close.
So it's mysterious.
And scary to babies.
