.
So I'm teaching third graders this week and yesterday I drew a skeleton, a Frankenstein monster and a Grim Reaper on the whiteboard.
I would have to say the drawings were pretty successful.
I made one cry.
I guess this means I need to get a scanner so I can start illustrating my blog....
Weren't you teaching PE?
ReplyDelete.
ReplyDeleteI was. Those days (and city) are gone. Now we live in a different part of the state and I am subbing.
.
ReplyDeleteShoot.
That was me.
Ah, the wonderful world of subbing; I don't envy you. But I do have to say that although the poor kid cried, I'm ashamed to say that the thought of it made me laugh. Way to go!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree. I would love to see the pics (not that you need to buy a scanner or anything).
Subbing--I really do love subbing. Something about picking your own schedule (at least I get to) is quite appealing.
ReplyDeleteStanding in front of 20 little kids all alone (in regular ed)? Not so much w/the appealing.
.
ReplyDeleteYeah, and after a week with the same kids, I start going batty.
.
ReplyDeleteCrap.
That was me again.
